Aids monkey was
arrested at the East Moline 4th of July Parade. It was found
later that Count Jabula was the actually dressed as AIDs monkey
and he has been charged with "Disorderly Conduct"
by the East Moline, IL police department. This incident has
sparked major controversy....first off, we believe that Count
Jabula was unlawfully arrested and detained by the E.M. Police.
Count Jabula was never told he was under arrest, just simply
handcuffed and escorted to a police cruiser. Secondly, the
disorderly conduct charge was a trumped up charge for which
the E.M. Police have no ground to stand on. Count Jabula never
once interfered with the parade route itself nor any of it's
participants. I Big Lar have already been contacted by the
American Civil Liberties Union and issued a complaint on the
basis of violated freedom of speech/ expression. We are contacting
a lawyer on the issue and will more than likely organize a
protest on the court date of August 4 2004. Count Jabula will
pled not guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct and request
a trial by jury. Here we will play the video recording of
the event and show to the jury that Count Jabula was the victim
of Nazis police tactics. Titty Bear was filming the entire
event to the chagrin of the powerless police officers (later
officers tried to arrest Titty Bear on groundless charges
and failed) Titty Bear was accosted by a midget outside of
the E.M. police department for her involvement in the event....no
